Permalink is in Dutch (has "nl")
I don't know why, but the site has the Dutch translation when the permalink is clicked. Can I change that to English?

Thanks for letting me know. The correct URL should now be displayed if you view the site in English.
In general, you can switch any URL from Dutch to English by replacing /nl/ with /en/.
