Server is full

Why game maker server showing this? i only open 2 clients only

If you see this again, please check the server load on this page:https://gamemakerserver.com/en/status/
If it's not above 100% you shouldn't see that message.

As far as I can see, the server is not full. If this continues could you give me some debug information? Thanks!
