Start VS mode against a specific player
Is it possible? I'm trying to make a very simple 1v1 game and VS Mode seems like a very neat auto matchmaking feature, but I don't think it's cool for players to not be able to challenge someone.

This is not possible with the VS mode. You'd have to write your own matchmaking system using the gms_session_* functions.
