I want to change my username from "EmeraldImpulse7" to "EmeraldImpulse", but there is no option to change usernames. Is there some sort of support email I can email or is there just no way to change usernames?

Unfortunately there is no way to change your username.
If you really want a different name, you have to create a new account.
