Assistance in Account Migration

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I've been trying to find a way to contact someone in regards to migrating my account from this one to another, so that the Username can be changed. I'm sure this has been asked many times and may not be Post worthy, but I could not find the appropriate contact details in regards to this matter.
Any assistance in such would be greatly appreciated.
