For some users, this update would break the extension because of a missing Visual C++ runtime redistributable (without showing an error). When guest accounts were disabled, this would lead to the infamous 'You must login with an account' error. This update fixes the issue by statically linking the entire Visual C++ runtime into the Dll, eliminating the need for a separate installation.
