Update 1.9.9e released

This small update brings major performance improvements to the Dll-version of the extension. Under certain use cases, this can yield up to 65% better performance.

(if you're referring to the rewrite) Whenever it's finished. Unfortunately I don't have a better ETA than that at the moment.

There will not be a 2.0 based on the current extension, as that would imply major changes, which there won't be.

The next big update will be the rewrite.
