Diablo 4 Hard Undercity Stinger Guide by U4GM

Spiritborn leveling feels much less fussy when you build around what the class already does well: moving, attacking fast, and keeping Vigor topped up. You do not need a lucky drop or a carefully planned stash to get started, though decent D4 items can make the ride smoother. This Stinger setup is aimed at a fresh Season 14 character pushing from level 1 to 70. It leans on poison coverage, steady healing, and a simple loop that still works when your gear is a mixed bag of rares and random legendaries.

Keep Vigor flowing

Thunderspike is more than a filler button here. Use it while moving between packs, then take Enhanced Thunderspike and its Vigor-generation choice so recent movement gives you extra resource. The movement-speed and Lightning Dancer options help it feel less like downtime, too. Stinger becomes the real workhorse once Potent Sting is unlocked. Before that point, Quill Volley is a handy stand-in because its spread handles early packs nicely. After the swap, build around Stinger's larger poison zone, Vulnerable interaction, and healing on hits. You will notice the difference in crowded rooms: enemies stay poisoned, your life bar keeps recovering, and there is far less stopping to reset.

Cooldown tools that pull their weight

Scourge should be pressed often, not saved for trouble. Hive Mind keeps nearby enemies affected and adds damage reduction, while repeated casts feed Vigor back over time. That makes it the engine behind the build's comfort. Ravager adds another layer, giving better Vigor generation, more damage, and much faster cooldown recovery while it is running.
