Am i allowed to post a game on Game Maker Server using a pirated version of GM:S 1.4?

I really wanted to make an Online Undertale Fan-Game, and i wanted to use Game Maker: Studio 1.4 since it's compatible with Game Maker Server, but i have no GM:S 1.4 License, and i can't buy it because it's not available anymore, and i can't login in the app, so i started using a cracked Game Maker Studio even though i REALLY wanted to use the original version of the software... Someone pls answer me.
