Lost Progress in UT Don't Forget

I have been playing for a few weeks now, and I reached level 55. I opened the game today and my level was reset to 1. Im not sure what happened. I have not broken any rules and have not been banned. I always save my game and I never tamper with any files. This is really frustrating to me, since I spent a lot of time playing this game and leveling up. Is there any way I can have my progress restored? Thank you.
