GameMaker Server 2.5.4 released

This update fixes an issue where it becomes impossible to log in when reconnecting after an unexpected loss of connection.

Please note: Although I'm releasing this update today, I do not want to create any expectation of future updates. GameMaker Server is at its end of life, and is no longer actively developed. The server will remain online at least until the end of 2024.
