Changes in the way I'm replying to your posts

As you may or may not have noticed, up until now I've always replied to every post that needed my reply in chronological order and all at the same time. The reason for replying in chronological order was fairness, or in other words, "not skipping the queue".

The reason for replying to every post in one session was to minimize the chance that someone would post a question, and then see me reply to other posts but not theirs. In other words, to minimize the chance of it feeling unfair.

However, over the past few months it's become increasingly clear that replying to everyone in one batch just isn't going to work. So from now on, I'm going to also reply to posts even if I know that I don't have time to go through all of them.

I'll still go through them in chronological order, so first asked will be first answered, but you might post something and then see me reply to others but not to you. If you see me reply to someone else, but not you, please keep in mind that I will get to your post at some point, but might not have enough time to answer right now.

Hopefully this will reduce the long waits for a reply from me a bit.As you may or may not have noticed, up until now I've always replied to every post that needed my reply in chronological order and all at the same time. Plans about GM Server for GM Studio 2?

1.4 version of GM is going to be deprecated for Android since august 2019 due to 64 bits Google requirement.

Are you working on It?

I'm working on a rewrite of the entire extension, which will support GM8 up to and including GM:Studio 2. I can't promise that it'll be finished & released before August.

Is It planned for this year? Next year, maybe?

GMS2 grows quickly and the requirement to use GMS 1.4 in order to be able to use this extension starts to be a little bit annoying...

I understand that you'd like to have some certainty, but I can't give you that. Hundreds of hours have already gone into the rewrite, and hundreds more are needed. With such a big project (that I do in my free time, which differs week-by-week), I can't predict how long it's going to take.

You might want to ask the developer of the game if he has updated the extension to the latest version, 2.1.4.
